6月28日下午，晋江市召开“两优一先”表彰大会，庆祝中国共产党成立103周年，表彰在各条战线上作出突出贡献和取得优异成绩的优秀共产党员、优秀党务工作者、先进基层党组织。泉州市委常委、晋江市委书记张文贤出席并讲话。晋江市委副书记、市长王明元主持。晋江市领导林仁达、吴志朴、黄天凯、李志强、陈友爱、庄怀璇、付祥出席。

In the afternoon of June 28, Jinjiang City held a commendation conference of "Outstanding Party Members" to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the CPC, and to commend outstanding Communists, outstanding party workers, and advanced grass-roots party organizations who have made outstanding contributions and achieved outstanding results on all fronts.
